Delivery times
Standard shipping within Germany takes 5 to 10 business days after you receive the shipping confirmation.

Shipment tracking
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us including a tracking number. With this number, you can check the status of your shipment online at any time.

Shipping to parcel lockers (Packstation)
We also deliver to DHL Packstations. If you would like to use this delivery option, please enter “Packstation” and the relevant number in the “Street” field.
Please enter your Post number in the “Address line 2” field (e.g. apartment, room, etc.).
